What materials are used in your handcrafted pillows?
We use premium, sustainably sourced fabrics including organic cotton, Belgian linen, and recycled velvet. Our inserts are available in either ethically sourced down or hypoallergenic poly-fill.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Since each pillow is handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes, we love creating bespoke pieces! Please contact our design team through the 'Custom Orders' page to discuss specific dimensions, fabric choices, and personalized embroidery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your pillow, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom orders are final sale.
How should I care for and clean my pillows?
Most of our pillow covers feature invisible zippers for easy removal. We recommend spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for best results. Specific care instructions are included on the tag of each product.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
